5/5 Stars – Superb work. When Chris first arrived, he was extremely professional and thorough. He was upfront with all the expenses and walked me through his process. He was accommodating, responsive, and adaptable. He was very careful to cause as little disruption as possible, and was able to complete the job on time and 100% within budget. He was always reachable and very communicative. I would confidently recommend him to friends and family. Excellent work. Job – Drainage/culvert system for a long gravel driveway.

We hired Chris to fix a mess created by an inexperienced contractor. Chris showed up on time, communicated well by text and phone, and found a solution to our problem after a site visit. He worked hard under the boiling sun and kept at it until the job was 100% done. I would recommend him to anyone needing excavating work in the Capital Region. And he’s a nice guy.

In this day and age, finding someone who is honest, reliable, and caring is like finding a needle in a haystack. Well, WE FOUND THAT NEEDLE!!! Chris and his team worked with us solving every twist and turn. The respect for us and our project was as if they were doing a job at their own home. Professional job… work ethic… excellent cleanup… If we could give more stars… we would!

I contacted Chris and his crew on a last-minute job late in the season for a job that got very complicated and where a lot of troubleshooting had to be done. Chris and his team went above and beyond to make it happen, with hard work, creativity, resilience, compassion, and professionalism. I can’t be thankful enough to them for their work and their help, and there is no one I would rather work with. I absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

The owner, Chris, was amazing—extremely professional, reliable, and honest, with 100% follow-through. He took care of my needs urgently. His skill set is beyond words. Hired Chris to fix a horribly done shed pad I paid another “contractor” to do. When my 12×20 shed was delivered, I discovered how badly out of level it was. Found Gonzalez & Son Enterprises on Google Maps. He responded promptly, showed up when he said he would, fixed the shed pad, and most importantly, did not take advantage of me on price when I was in extremis. I HIGHLY recommend him. I give very few 5-star reviews.

Gonzalez and Son Enterprises, LLC installed a new leach field onto our septic system that had previously failed inspection. Chris was easy to work with, and he offered a competitive price for the work performed. He and his team followed through in a timely manner and were able to do the work to the very specific details drafted in the engineer’s drawings. I would recommend Chris to anyone who has septic work and will contract with him again for future work.

Chris was the excavator on my new pool install. He did a great job. I needed additional landscaping performed to complete the project. He was an easy choice to use and even offered a solution to a grading issue I hadn’t considered. The retaining wall he suggested, and ultimately installed, came out great. The whole crew was easy to work with, came when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would, and the quoted price never changed. I plan on giving them a call to add a patio in the spring. Highly recommend!
